New Acropolis Brasília partnered with the Embassy of India to celebrate the 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi on 2nd October 2019, with an event titled Gandhi and the Philosophy of Peace at the Poupex Theatre. The event saw 400 attendees, and was inaugurated by the Ambassador of India. The event included a talk, followed by a music, dance and theatrical performance.

The lecture was also held in Rio de Janeiro and Cuiaba.
