“Be the change you wish to see in the world”. Mahatma Gandhi’s famous can be a way of life, a choice we make every day. New Acropolis Romania (Oradea) celebrates Gandhi’s 150th birth anniversary with an event inspired by the life and values ​​for which this Mahatma or “Great Soul”, as poet Rabindranath Tagore called him, fought.

Gandhi’s life and choices show us that it is possible for one man to forge change in our world. His success is a result of the application of a simple philosophy in action – the relentless pursuit of Truth (Satya). As we approach the end of 2019, the event aims to reflect on the values and principles that directed Gandhi’s life, to determine how we can broaden our vision of our own human potential.
